JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, in the first information report, no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner but in course of investigation, the statement of injured, Sunita Devi was recorded at paragraph-78 of the case diary in which, she specifically, stated that it was this petitioner who shot dead both of the deceased.

Therefore, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Dolbajja (Kadawa) P.S. Case No. 11 of 2014 stands rejected.
