Petitioner is named in the first information report and it is alleged that he along with others forcibly kidnapped informant's minor daughter on 1.8.2014 but admittedly, informant lodged the present case on 13.9.2014.

Victim has not been recovered as yet but admittedly, investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and it is not desirable to keep the petitioner behind the bar. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sharad Chand Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada/ concerned court in Kashichak (O.P. Shahpur) P.S. Case no. 58/2014.
