2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 288/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the father of one Rajnikant Choudhary and it is alleged that three daughters of the informant were taken away by Ranjikant Choudhary.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 17.08.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7682 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1st, Naugachia, Bhagalpur/ concerned court in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 288/2023.
