2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., on 11.03.2024 while the informant along with this father and brother was going to village Bemani to deliver Tilak money, they were attacked by 22-25 armed individuals with lathi and iron rod, causing severe injuries to them. It is further alleged that co-accused, Vikash Yadav assaulted on the head of brother of informant with iron rod and snatched his gold chain and co-accused Karu Yadav took away mobile phone of informant, whereas co-accused Ranjit Yadav looted cash of Rs 2,00,000 on gun point.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R., no specific allegation of overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation. Specific accusation of committing loot and assault is against other co-accused persons.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below at Biharsharif, Nalanda where the case is pending in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 132 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
