JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased, who died within seven years of her marriage in other than normal circumstances. There appears to be allegation of illegal demand as well as torturing against the petitioner and his other family members.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and hence, his prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30206 of 2015 (6) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 bail in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 727 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari stands rejected.
