JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 In view of the order passed by the Director, Secondary Education Department, Government of Bihar, the Court is not persuaded to proceed any further in the matter of Contempt. The Court hope and trust that the multiple benefit arising out of order of the Director, Secondary Education, dated 09.05.2019 must reach the petitioner at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In the event payments are not made, liberty shall be available to the petitioner, to file application for initiation of Contempt proceedings against the erring officers.
