JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are said to have been caught by the police and loaded katta and cartridges are said to have been recovered from respective possession of the petitioners. The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that there was dispute in respect of fishing from a pond and on the same day three cases including the present case were registered against the petitioners and in two cases, petitioners have already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31276 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Sessions Trial No. 102 of 2015 arising out of Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015.
