The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piprakothi P. S. Case No. 131 of 2015 registered under Section 398 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner, being a member of the gang of robbers, was apprehended by the police on chase while miscreants were trying to commit robbery on the highway, I am not inclined to grant her bail for the present.
