2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 22.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59162 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail on 22.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59162 of 2023 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14700 of 2024(2) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 satisfaction of learned court concerned, Munger in connection with Complaint P.S. Case No. 630C of 2021, the petitioner is working in I.T.B.P. (Indo Tibbet Border Police Force) and presently, he is posted at Ranchi 40 B.N. and the said department has not granted leave to the petitioner due to which, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish the bail bond before the learned Court below within the stipulated time.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to extend the time for furnishing the bail bond of the petitioner.

5. In view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 22.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59162 of 2023 be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

6. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 22.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59162 of 2023 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) Gautam/- U T
