The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 399/402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended on the allegation that they were preparing for committing cognizable offence. From the possession of petitioner one motor cycle and two mobiles, Nokia and Micromax, were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 16.02.2015. It is submitted that the petitioner is owner of the motor cycle and the same is not stolen one.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
