2. The present Cr. Misc. application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64699 of 2023 due to the reason that in the paragraph no.3(iii) of Cr. Misc. No. 64699 of 2023, Nirmali P.S. Case No.58 of 2022 has been wrongly typed in place of Nirmali P.S. Case No.58 of 2012. As such, in the order sheet, Nirmali P.S. Case No.58 of 2022 has been typed which requires modification.

3. In the light of the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, let the Nirmali P.S. Case No.58 of 2022 be read as Nirmali P.S. Case No.58 of 2012.
