The petitioner seeks regular bail in Sessions Trial No. 86 of 2014/ 09 of 2014 arising out of Goh P.S.Case No. 109 of 2013 under Sections 304 ( B ), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned Additional District Judge, Aurangabad.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The daughter (Payal Sharma) of the informant is an eye witness of the occurrence. He made specific allegation that the petitioner assaulted his wife who died. The dead body of the deceased could not be traced out.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim got two children. The petitioner never demanded dowry.

No.30817 of 2014 (4) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 In view of allegation made against the petitioner and the statement of Payal Sharma that it was the petitioner, who killed his wife and disposed of her dad body, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
