The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 307 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73581 of 2019 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. It is submitted that charge has been framed in this case on 13.12.2019 and there is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses against the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial
