2. In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:- "1. That the petitioners abovenamed pray for issuance of a writ commanding ad directing the respondents concerned to make payment of salary to the petitioners for the period from the date of their appointment to the date of joining as after appointment of the petitioners as Class-III employees on the basis

4/4 of Ex-Non Formal Supervisor in the light of order of this Hon'ble Court and in view of the policy decision of the respondent State, their joining was not accepted till a long period from the date of their appointment without any fault on the part of petitioners. And/or any other relief/, writ/ writs, order/orders, direction/directions, for which the petitioners are found to be entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. The concerned respondent has failed to pass speaking order as to why petitioners are not entitled to redress their grievances.

4. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to either accept or reject the petitioners' claim in passing speaking order and communicate the decision to the petitioners abovenamed. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
