2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 30.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74190 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail on 30.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74190 of 2023 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court concerned, Patna in connection with Excise Masauri P.S. Case No. 147 of 2022 but due to typographical

No.14714 of 2024(2) dt.23-02-2024 2/2 error in the order dated 30.11.2023, in paragraph nos. 3 and 7 of the Order-sheet, the Police Station Case Number has wrongly been typed as "P.S. Case No. 147 of 2022" in place of "P.S. Case No. 147 of 2023", the petitioner could not surrender and execute the bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.

4. In view of the above, let the name of the Police Station Case Number be read as " P.S. Case No. 147 of 2023" in place of "P.S. Case No. 147 of 2022" in all places of the bail order dated 30.11.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74190 of 2023 and further four weeks time is extended from the date of receipt of this order for furnishing the bail bonds.

6. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 30.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74190 of 2023 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) Gautam/- U T
