JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur R.P.F. Rail P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 3 of R.P.U.P. Act.

Petitioner was arrested by R.P.F. personnel while removing the gunny bags containing valuable clothes and other articles. It further appears that he is accused in one more case. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated and he is in custody since 12.10.2019 and charge sheet has already been submitted. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6146 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Railway), Sonpur (Saran), in connection with Muzaffarpur R.P.F. Rail P.S.
