JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2017 The petitioner had been allowed provisional bail in Vigilance case no. 32 of 2012, Special case no. 17 of 2012 registered for offences under sections 409, 420, 467,468, 471, 120B/34 of the IPC and 7/13(I)(D)/13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act vide order dated 9.10.2013 which had also been confirmed vide order dated 2.9.2015.

The petitioner submits that as he was seriously ill and was under treatment, he could not furnish the bail bond even till order dated 2.9.2015.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I grant one more indulgence to the petitioner and directs that if he surrenders within four weeks from today, he would be extended the privilege of bail by virtue of orders dated 9.10.2013 and 2.9.2015 to the satisfaction of the court mentioned in the aforesaid orders/the court in seisin of the case. Petitioner would not be absent physically for more than two consecutive dates at a stretch till the stage of framing of charge save and except for sound reasons.
