05-08-2015 Earlier, bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44310/2014, with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail once charges are farmed. Annexure - 3 is the order-sheet showing that the charges have been framed on 28.04.2015.

Considering the aforesaid, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of District Judge, Munger, in connection with S.T. No. 114/15 arising out of Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 106/2014, subject to the condition on any two consecutive date, petitioner is not physically present in the court, the trial court would be at liberty to cancel bail bond of the petitioner.
