The petitioner is not named in the FIR of Piprakothi P.S.Case No.28 of 2013 under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is very well noted in the rejection order itself that nothing appears recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner was implicated by a co-accused. It is contended that the petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2013 and he has not been put on test identification parade. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing personal recognizance bond of Rs.500/- (five hundred) without any surety to the satisfaction of Shri Girish Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran in the above noted case.
