In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 342 of 2015 registered for offence under sections 353, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation has been made the Police received information that Mukesh Yadav and his associates are resorting firing on Ballia bus stand and after Sanha entry, they proceeded and arrived to the place of incident. The accused persons fled towards Bari Ballia and exchanged the fire. Some accused persons fled away, but the petitioner was arrested on the spot. The petitioner has large number of criminal cases

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21336 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 over his head.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected The court below is directed to expedite the trial. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
