The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that while he was travelling in a passenger train four unknown persons put chilly powder in his eyes and snatched his belongings. Petitioner is not named in the first information report. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner was apprehended on suspicion and he is said to have confessed before the police but petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade, although he is in jail since 07.05.2015. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30204 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Sugauli (Bettiah) Rail P.S. Case No. 06 of 2015.
