2. The petitioners have prayed for bail in connection with Session Trial No. 860 of 2025 arising out of Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.The case of the prosecution in short is that all the inlaws used to threaten Renu Devi of dire consequences. On 14.05.2024, all the accused persons have killed her. After some time, the informant came to know that the deceased had been hanged.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have

He also submits that petitioners are father-in-law and motherin-law of the deceased. The nature of allegation is general and omnibus. He also submits that the petitioners were separate in mess and residence with the deceased. He further submits that a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are languishing in judicial custody since 17.02.2025.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Session Trial No. 860 of 2025 arising out of Bathnaha P.S.
