Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-341, 323, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some witnesses stated that the petitioner has also participated in the alleged crime. The petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but submission on behalf of petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Chandrahas Chaupal and Umesh Yadav have already been granted privilege of bail by this court whereas; the petitioner

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Shankarpur P.S.
