The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 370 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376D, 120B of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 4, 5, and 6 of the POCSO Act. Considering the allegation, this application for grant of bail is dismissed.

The trial Court shall expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months. After six months, the trial Judge, East Champaran, Motihari will sent a report to this Court about
