The petitioners has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 4.1.2024, whereby in the cause title current address of the petitioner is not mentioned. Accordingly, the order dated 4.1.2024 is modified to the extent that current address is added with the given permanent address and the permanent address shall be read as "Madhukam, P.S.- Sukhdev Nagar, Distt. Ranchi, Jharkhand" in cause title of the order.

In view of the submission above, this application is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22026 of 2024(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 allowed. The order dated 4.1.2024 is modified to the above extent.

The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.

The modification application stands allowed to the above extent.
