ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 04.05.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Supaul in Criminal Appeal No. 15 of 2014, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 04.06.2014 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Supaul P.S. Case No. 502 of 2013 (G.R. No. 1743 of 2013, Tr. No. 812 of 2013), by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Sections 25(1-B) A and 26 of the Arms Act and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for two years and three years respectively.
Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any irregularity in the same. However, in view of the period of custody and the date of occurrence, the sentence is modified to the
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.491 of 2015 dt.13-08-2015 period already undergone by the Petitioner.
With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the application stands dismissed.
