The petitioner has renewed his prayer, which was rejected earlier vide order dated 01.12.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 41602 of 2014.
It is contended that though the petitioner is in custody since 12th June, 2014, there is no progress in the trial. Be that as it may, for the reasons recorded in the earlier order dated 01.12.2014, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur is directed to commit the case of the petitioner for trial forthwith to the court of Sessions. Once the case is committed to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37791 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 the court of Sessions, the learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur shall ensure speedy trial of the case. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
