JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-06-2022 Heard Mr. Vikramaditya Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr, Sushil Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the informant as well as Mr. Satyendra Narayan Singh learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Considering the specific allegation of kidnapping and murder of the deceased by the accused persons, including this petitioner coupled with the fact that the petitioner was remained absconder for about 20 years due to which the trial has delayed and not concluded as yet.
This Court is not persuaded to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present.
However, it is expected that the trial court will take all necessary steps to conclude the trial of the petitioner within six months, failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4372 of 2020(11) dt.27-06-2022 2/2 renew his prayer for bail.
Accordingly, the present application stands dismissed with the aforesaid observations.
