JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2018 The short grievance of the petitioner herein is that the authorities have not paid the arrears of earned leave w.e.f. 01.07.1999 to 19.03.2000 despite the order dated 03.06.2006 passed by the respondent no. 6. The respondents have filed counter affidavit and are shifting their burden from one office to another.
In such view of the matter, the respondent no. 2 is directed to ensure payment of the arrears of earned leave to the petitioner herein within a period of four weeks from today failing which, the said amount would carry interest @ 18% per annum for the entire delay caused in payment of the said amount.
