2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 342, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated as they are said to have merely caught hold the hand of the informant, except which there is no specific accusation of assault against them. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP submits that the petitioners caught hold the hand of the informant while co-accused Arvind Singh fired from his pistol on the informant.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. BT/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
