The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379, 411 and 401/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case was registered against unknown for the theft of a motor cycle. One Ranjit Yadav was arrested and he disclosed the name of the petitioner in his confessional statement. The petitioner is also said to have confessed his guilt. Except the said confession, no tangible material has been collected against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 23.02.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
