JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed in the writ petition, alleging violation of which this contempt petition has been filed, has been modified vide order dated 14.07.2022, passed in LPA No. 571 of 2018 preferred by the State against the order passed in the writ petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the respondents have not complied with the order passed in the aforesaid LPA.

3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court MJC No.231 of 2019(6) dt.17-04-2025 2/2 petitioner seeks to withdraw this contempt application with a liberty to file a contempt petition before the Division Bench for non-compliance of the order dated 14.07.2022, passed in LPA No. 571 of 2018.

4. In view of the above, this contempt application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner..
