This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed against an order of review dated 12.04.2017 passed in Civil Review No. 505 of 2016, whereby the prayer made by the appellant seeking review of an order passed on 03.10.2016 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 124 of 2016 has been rejected.

The appellant has not challenged the original order passed on 03.10.2016 in Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No. 124 of 2016. He has only challenged the order passed in review. Against the order passed in review and without challenging the original order passed in the writ petition, this appeal is not maintainable. Graining liberty to the appellant, if advised, to challenge the original order passed in the writ petition also, in accordance with law, we disposed of the matter, as the Letters Patent Appeal is not maintainable.
