The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 532 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding the petitioner and other accused persons having been apprehended by the police and upon search being made, two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and in fact, no recovery has been made from the petitioner and in fact he was implicated in the present case only after he

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2202 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 was coming outside from the court premises and with ill motive, the police personnel had indicted the petitioner in the present case, falsely. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.08.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 532 of 2018.
