The petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 457, 380, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story in brief, is that on 31.03.2015 while the informant has gone to attend the marriage ceremony, some unknown miscreants entered into his house and stolen the motorcycle of his brother-in-law and a Honda Generator. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2015. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. This case is triable by the Magistrate. He is in custody for more than one year. No
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22545 of 2016 (4) dt.03-08-2016 2/2 compliance of Section 100 of the Cr.P.C. has been made. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Munger, in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2015.
