2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 294 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A and 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the minor victim.

4. From the statement of the victim, it appears that the victim had gone with the petitioner on her own. The petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO, Saharsa/concerned Court below in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 294 of 2024.
