Petitioner along with two other accused persons were apprehended. The accused persons are also alleged to have fired. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered. It appears that the petitioner has remained in jail for about ten months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond os Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 18 of 2014.
