2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of mandamus to the Respondent No. 4 to hold an impartial inquiry in view of letter No. 678 dated 1.9.2018 issued by the Respondent No. 3 on the public petition regarding payment of compensation with respect of land acquire in village Chilhos and irregularities where pointed out in payment of compensation;

Patna High Court CWJC No.25044 of 2018(2) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 (ii) for further to hold that land situated on the road side of this petitioner also and get less amount then other persons treated differently is against the Act;

(iii) for further direction upon the Respondent authorities to calculate the compensation amount of the land of the petitioner acquired by the Respondent as per the new Act 2013 treating the same as land treated to others and for further direction to pay interest over the same at the market rate from its due date till date of actual payment; (iv) for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
