Petitioner seeks bail in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 444 of 2012 instituted under Section(s) 447, 427, 384, 307/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura.

Considering that the Petitioner while on bail committed this act and, thus, misused the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to release him from jail custody. Prayer for bail is rejected.
