The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. One Geeta Devi was apprehended, who disclosed that her brother used to loot truck and the brother of Geeta Devi, Rakesh Mahto alias Dhanna Seth and Babua Dom were apprehended. Babua Dom disclosed the name of the petitioner in his confessional statement. Babua Dome has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 17.02.2015 but he has not been yet put on T.I. parade. In the supplementary case diary it has come that some of the witnesses identified the petitioner. Such evidence has come after

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 179 of 2013.
