JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, his name came in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was arrested by the police in Ahiyapur P.S.Case No. 958 of 2015 and prepared so-called confessional statement of the petitioner and on the basis of the above stated confessional statement, the petitioner was remanded in this case. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 12.01.2016 but up till now he has not been put on T.I.P. It is further submitted that so far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, he was remanded by the police in several cases, which had been lodged against unknown

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24093 of 2016 (3) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 person.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of subDivisional Judicial Magistrate, East Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S.Case No. 176 of 2015.
