Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to submit the original petition along with attested affidavits and also remove all the defects pointed out by the Registry within two weeks from today.
It is informed that the petitioners have already approached the District Appellate Authority for redressal of their grievance which has not been decided in Appeal Case No. 106 of 2015. It is directed the District Appellate Authority shall decide the same within a period of three months henceforth. If for any occasion, the District Appellate Authority is not functioning, the petitioners shall be free to make up his grievance before the State Appellate Authority, who shall decide the same within three months.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
