In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Digha P.S. Case No.250 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 & 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the case of committing theft of Rs.500/-. The money was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 31.08.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner-Chhotu Kumar @ Chhotu Kr. be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
