2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs this Court that all the payments on the head of retiral dues is ready to be paid to the petitioner, however, the same can only be credited into the account of the petitioner if the petitioner fills up certain forms in accordance with law.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that he has not received any
