Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the informant and it is the specific case of the prosecution that it was husband of the informant who pushed the informant as well as her son into well. So far as petitioner is concerned, general allegation of torturing has been levelled against her.

Moreover, husband of the petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari (Sitamarhi) in Pupri P.S.
