1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Title Suit No. 431 of 2021 is pending between the petitioner and the State of Bihar in which the Circle Officer, Biharsharif is a party and in which he has already filed written argument.

3. In these circumstances, it is directed that petitioner may file an Injunction Application in the aforesaid title suit and if such an Injunction Application is filed then the same shall be considered by the Sub-Judge I, Biharsharif and after hearing the parties, he will pass an order in accordance with law in the injunction matter.

4. The Injunction Application may be filed by the petitioner within 15 days from today.

5. If such an Injunction Application is filed then the same shall be disposed of within two months of its filing.

6. Till disposal of the Injunction Application, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner by the respondents authorities.

7. The aforesaid interim protection shall remain in force only if an Injunction Application is filed. In case, Injunction application is not filed by the petitioner, the interim protection granted to the petitioner above shall automatically be vacated.

8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
