====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner is the husband. He is in jail custody in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 304B and other allied Sections of the Penal Code after the death of his wife. It is submitted on his behalf that death of his wife was a natural one as she was suffering from diarrhoea and died under treatment of a doctor whose statement has been recorded in Paragraph 23 of the case diary and the villagers also supported the said fact.

Let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31384 of 2015 (4) dt.04-11-2015 (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 79 of 2014.
