The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant named the petitioner and other accused person but no specific allegation of either assault or firing is made against the petitioner. The allegation of firing is specific against Collector Yadav which hit Suresh Yadav, brother of the informant, on his shoulder.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in Ismailpur P.S.
