JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for his inter-district transfer from the District of Madhubani to the District of Samastipur on the ground of his wife being seriously ill.

The petitioner is stated to be working as an Amin in the district of Madhubani and upon his application before the District Magistrate, Madhubani, the District Magistrate, Madhubani has given 'No Objection' regarding transfer of the petitioner to the district of Samastipur and for the said purposes, he has sent a recommendation vide letter dated 16.04.2016 to the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Bihar, Patna.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1862 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Bihar, Patna, annexing a copy of the aforesaid recommendation of the District Magistrate, Madhubani dated 16.04.2016 within a period of four weeks from today, whereupon the learned Principal Secretary shall consider the same sympathetically and dispose off the representation of the petitioner regarding transfer from the district of Madhubani to the district of Samastipur, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
