JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05/ 21.09.2016 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner on repeated call. Learned counsel for the complainant is present and informs that the petitioner has not complied with the order dated 26.8.2015 passed by this court by which petitioner was granted provisional bail for a period of nine months with condition that he shall ensure payment of amount in question to the complainant or shall make available flat to him within the above stated period, failing which trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner but up till now, neither payment was made nor flat was made available to the complainant.
From perusal of the report of the learned court below, I find that court has reported that no payment has been made to the complainant as yet and the period of nine months has already expired
